When you submit an appointment request we collect the parent's name, phone number, the child's age, the reason for the visit and any notes you choose to add. Clinical records are created and stored only during an in-person consultation.
How we use it
Details you send are used solely to schedule, confirm and follow up on your appointment, and to send vaccination reminders if you ask for them. Appointment requests submitted from this website are delivered to the clinic over WhatsApp.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. Health information is shared outside the clinic only with your consent, or when a referral or a legal obligation requires it.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the contact details we hold, or to stop sending reminders, at any time by emailing vedhapediacare@gmail.com or calling +91 75300 10563.
